I can't tell you how excited I am to be sharing these protein cookie dough balls. I'd be lying if I told you that every time I make these, they don't last 3 days in the refrigerator... But hey, that's a good thing because thats a sign that they really are delicious!
I keep them in the freezer and they last a long time! What I do is I chop one up and sprinkle it on top of greek yogurt and it tastes like a dessert! Or I'll just eat it by itself! WHAT YOU WILL NEED: - 1 serving (42g) VegaSport Performance Protein Powder - I like it with the chocolate one, but prefer vanilla! You can also use any other protein powder you prefer. You might just want to adjust it a bit depending on the thickness and flavor. - 1/4 cup Salted Creamy Peanut Butter (or any other nut butter you have) - 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup - 1/4 cup Rolled Oats - 2 squares dark chocolate or 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips - 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract DIRECTIONS: - Mix all ingredients in a bowl. - Roll into 13 little balls. - Freeze in a ziplock bag, and take them out whenever you want!
